Graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in 1996 with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Transportation Engineering, and obtained a Master's degree in Civil Engineering – Infrastructure Construction Management from Universitas Sangga Buana in 2025. Holds professional expert certifications in Highway and Bridges Construction (HPJI–LPJK), Geotechnical Engineering (HATTI–LPJK), and Railway Construction. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, has been extensively involved in infrastructure projects including toll roads, national highways, hauling roads, buildings, and railway developments both in Indonesia and overseas.

Professional Career started on 1996 as Highway Engineer for an International Consulting Company for more than 5 years, then become Site Engineers, Site Managers , Project Managers and Project Director for a GOI State Enterprises for 1 2 years. Having International experiences by spending 4 years in Railway and National Highway in Republic of India and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
